too long there will be no profit." Sun Tzu

Mediation and Arbitration
Mediation is available to resolve any
dispute, whether the matter is in court or even
before litigation commences. Mediation can
resolve civil lawsuits for damages, boundary
disputes, workplace disputes, construction contract
claims and in any other dispute where negotiation
has not produced a settlement between the parties.
Arbitration provides the parties with an opportunity
to have their case decided on their own schedule
without the cost and delay of a full lawsuit.
Arbitration is particularly suited for matters where
the parties want a decision now, and not months or
years from now.

Legal ServicesI will represent client's needing consultation,
evaluation and guidance in family matters, meaning they

probate, and general business advice to individuals,
corporations and LLC's.

York for over thirty years. I have represented
clients in the Maine Supreme Judicial, Superior,
District and Probate Courts and still do. My
experience representing people and businesses in all
types of litigation gives me the experience to help you
resolve your case, whatever it involves. I have
helped resolve hundreds of cases in mediation and
arbitration.
